Sara Ryan is Practice Manager at West Quay Dental Practice, which became part of Rodericks Dental Group in March 2017. Here Sara shares what’s it’s like to work in a practice after the transition took place.

She says:

“Since the practice has been with Rodericks, I have progressed from dental nurse to practice manager, looking after patients, staff and the six busy surgeries we run here.

“With new premises and new team members it’s been a challenge, but the support network at Rodericks is fantastic. No matter how small my query, I always feel valued by people who will do whatever they can to ensure that my practice can deliver an efficient service and high-quality treatment.  

“In just one year, I have grown in confidence. There is ongoing training available and amazing opportunities for career progression for anyone who is willing to work hard.
