BACD announces winners of its Rising Star Scholarship 2017

The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) is delighted to announce the winners of its recent Rising Star Scholarship 2017, designed specifically for students.
First place – Ryan Howells
Second place – Anisha Gupta
Third place – Duncan Lockie
The standard of entries was so high this year that the BACD had great difficulty in selecting the winners. The judging panel were particularly impressed with Ryan’s in-depth and insightful essay on what makes the ideal smile around the world.
As the winner, Ryan will receive a complimentary place at the upcoming BACD Annual Conference, including travel, accommodation and a ticket to the evening Gala Dinner. He wins one-year student membership of the BACD and will be invited to shadow one of the committee members to further develop his knowledge and skills.
Anisha and Duncan will also receive complimentary one-year student membership with the BACD.
