“Some of my patients had asked me about the Waterpik®Water Flosser and I think it is important to know exactly what is available and how the products might benefit them,” said Chantelle Moodie, Dental Hygienist and Therapist for {my}dentist in Nottinghamshire.
“I arranged Waterpik®Lunch & Learn sessions across five practices to educate the teams about the product range. The Waterpik®educator was positive, knowledgeable and happy to visit all the practices to discuss the full range of products. We had the opportunity to handle and examine the flossers and Kimberley was able to answer all of our questions.
“I am now in a position where I can discuss the products with my patients and provide evidence based recommendations. Furthermore, we have positive, well-informed teams that feel confident about promoting the benefits of the Waterpik®Water Flosser.
“As they are so easy to use, the Waterpik®products can increase patient compliance and I’ve already observed improved oral hygiene in those patients that now use them routinely.
“I would urge other practices to arrange a Waterpik®Lunch & Learn. The support in terms of team training along with patient and professional literature has been fantastic.”
