After joining Rodericks Dental to complete the Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing, Louise Paterson moved across into the HR team at Head Office. She shares her experience of working with the group the opportunities she has had for career progression:
“I could not fault the support I received throughout my apprenticeship – the tutors were always there when I needed help and advice, and the college sessions were so informative. I was grateful that this and support from the practice and HR teams continued when I joined Head Office, enabling me to finish portfolio and achieve my Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.
“Now I have come back into the HR environment, I know this is where I belong. With the amazing team I have around me, I know I will continue to develop my career at Rodericks.
