An easy-to-use service that better allows the team to monitor patients during their home recovery, the FollowApp ensures that all patients are kept as comfortable and reassured as possible.
Patients are sent an SMS message containing a simple, one-minute survey – the responses to which will help the EndoCare team up-to-date with their recovery. If the patient highlights a problem or concern, the team can then call them back to offer advice or, if necessary, a follow up appointment.
