At Rodericks Dental, we are all about the people. We do everything within our power to deliver excellent patient care, which includes helping our professional teams to develop and grow. We are really looking forward to meeting colleagues and new professionals at the British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show this year, where we will be sharing our story from the exhibition floor. Many people from our various teams will be on our stand so we can meet everyone face-to-face, showing how and why we do things a differently.
From the very beginning, we have always wanted to be different to other dental groups. Everything we do centres around our patients, which means we always put patients’ best interests first, we provide high quality and evidence-based dentistry, we make sure patients know all of their treatment options and we refer appropriately.
Our commitment to clinical excellence was the driving force behind our ‘clinically led’ philosophy. So how do we apply this in practice? We are run by dentists, for dentists. Members of the senior management team know first-hand what it’s like working in practice, what pressures you are faced with and what you need to deliver excellent patient care. We have an ‘AGE’ ethos – Advice, Guidance, Empathy. This enables us to share our own experiences and help create the ideal environments in which professionals can provide the best possible patient care.
As a clinically led dental provider, we embrace and focus on four key concepts that serve as the pillars of our company:
- Support– we provide all the clinical support our professionals need to provide high quality dentistry through a network of Clinical Advisors and mentors, as well as an extensive Head Office admin team to look after all other areas.
- Development– we make it as easy as possible for individuals to gain CPD, undergo training (both internally and externally), seek opportunities to upskill, move into new and exciting roles that will stretch their capabilities and help them achieve their career ambitions.
- Quality– exceptional patient care is our ultimate goal. In addition to professional training, we provide excellent compliance with regulation and a safe environment, as well as cutting-edge facilities with rotary endodontics, digital imaging and a variety of high quality materials to facilitate this.
- Clinical efficiency – in modern dentistry, we can only improve patient access to quality dental care if we are efficient in our approach. We believe in simplifying workflows and making it easier for teams to deliver the care all of their patients need, when they need it, with absolutely no compromise on quality.
