BADN launches one-to-one professional network

The British Association of Dental Nurses (BADN), the UK’s professional association for dental nurses, has launched its new One-to-One Professional Network.
BADN members will be able, through the members’ area of the BADN website www.badn.org.uk, to sign up to the Network to offer and/or request peer review, support and mentoring on subjects related to dental nursing, career development, personal development and other professional issues.
“We have been developing this project for some time,” said BADN President Jacqui Elsden, “and were planning to launch it at the Dentistry Show’s Dental Nurse Forum, chaired by BADN, which was due to be held in May, and of course has been put on hold, together with BADN’s 80th Anniversary celebrations I should like to thank BADN Chair Jane Dalgarno, who has overseen development of the Network, and who would have launched it during her presentation at the Dental Nurse Forum. I am sure BADN members will find the Network to be an invaluable asset and a worthwhile addition to the benefits of BADN membership.”
