At Colosseum Dental UK, we stand by four key principles – care, entrepreneurship, passion and collaboration.

Care

We are proud to be a major provider of neighbourhood dentistry in the UK. Exceptional patient care is at the heart of everything we do – we really care about our patients and their treatment experience. We strive to achieve clinical excellence by working with highly skilled dentists and clinical team members.

We also care about our people and appreciate that we need to provide the right environment for them to thrive. Our commitment is evident from last year’s project to refurbish our entire portfolio of practices. We have done and continue to do everything we can to ensure all our associates have access to the right materials, equipment and facilities to offer the best care possible. For example, we installed five CBCT machines and replaced dental chairs in 90% of our practices.

Following the refurbishment of their practice, one of our associates commented:

“I was given a brand-new dental chair, which I’m super proud of. I’ve never seen such down to earth leadership team. The practice managers are so easy to talk to about anything. They are brilliant and always helpful. To be honest, I’m very happy working here and don’t EVER want to leave.”

In addition, we offer training and education for all our dentists across multiple disciplines and have already seen some fantastic results in the best interests of patient care. This is also part of our dedication to helping individuals progress in their careers to reach their goals and fulfil their potential.

Entrepreneurship

Part of our vision at Colosseum Dental UK is to empower associates to think and act like practice owners. We are always open to hearing about your ideas or passions. From the very beginning, we have been keen to give individuals the opportunity to be creative and inventive. We actively encourage our associates to speak up about any ideas, initiatives or processes they wish to organise, and we will help make them a reality wherever we can.

Passion

We believe that to be successful at anything, you have to be passionate about it. We are passionate about all that we stand for – we strive every day to help our practice teams deliver exceptional patient care and we aim to create a great place to work for all. We also want to know if we can make improvements to further streamline your workflows or benefit your patients. We are here to support our associates, not the other way around.
