At Colosseum Dental UK, we care more. It is very important to us that we provide every opportunity for our people to engage with management and leadership teams and help us optimise their working environment.
We were delighted, therefore, to see the highest ever participation rate for our most recent annual Great Place to Work Survey, with over 80% of professionals responding.
Among the results, over 70% of respondents believed Colosseum Dental UK to be a great place to work and 76% would recommend us to colleagues. Just under 80% were proud of where they worked, while over 80% understood that we make redundancies only as the very last resort.
