Aerona announces new Training & Onboarding Success Specialist

Graham Welch has joined Aerona as the new Training & Onboarding Success Specialist. With more than 20 years of experience in several training and customer service roles, Graham will be a highly valuable addition to the team.
He says:
“I will be calling on my training, technical support and customer service experience to support and mentor Aerona customers, helping them to achieve the best from the features within this fully cloud-based solution, including the flexibility and security that it can bring to a practice.
“I have known Simon Garthwaite, Bill Starky and Mike Stonell for many years, and respect their experience and working ethics greatly. We all share the same values of customer care and support that is at the centre of the business.
